Efficacy of ADDIE-Integrated Flipped Learning Model

The absence of a universal and useful framework for directing the integration flipped classrooms is one main obstacles inhibiting teachers from implementing learning in their teaching practices. This unclear results reality that efficacy strategy still unknown. study presented “ADDIE Paradigm,” step-by-step generic model based on research findings. involved two cohorts 60 first-year college students. experimental group used ADDIE five weeks, while control received instruction using model. findings confirmed viability integrated paradigm, which not only enhanced student engagement quality but also helped them perform better exams. Future topics, as well instructional ramifications online learning, are highlighted. Thus, this can reinforce theoretical foundations aid acceptance actual teaching.
